What You’ll Do
Apparel Graphic Design
- Create original graphics for t-shirts, fleece, and cut-and-sew apparel
- Design logos, prints, patches, and placement graphics aligned to seasonal product direction
- Develop graphics that balance creative expression with commercial appeal
- Translate skate, streetwear, and sport culture into compelling visual narratives
- Contribute to seasonal themes and product storytelling through graphics
- Stay current on trends, consumer preferences, and cultural movements
- Prepare graphics for screen printing and apparel production
- Support development of technical files, schematics, and production-ready artwork
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and quality execution
- Partner with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in reviews, provide updates, and iterate on feedback quickly and effectively
- Help ensure graphics are delivered on time and aligned with product milestones
- 3 years of experience in apparel graphic design or related roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics (tees, fleece, cut-and-sew)
- Expertise in illustration, typography, and graphic composition
- Experience designing within skate, streetwear, or sportswear environments
- Strong understanding of graphic application on physical products
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- Experience with screen printing processes and production workflows
- Ability to create technical schematics or production files
- Background in skateboarding or deep connection to skate culture
- Experience with logos, patches, and branded graphic systems
- Prior experience with established sportswear or streetwear brands
