- Have reliable transportation to commute to Cumberland, RI, daily
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems, ensuring all information is meticulously recorded.
- Manage incoming mail, including opening and sorting correspondence efficiently.
- Organize and maintain various forms of communication and documentation.
- Input receipts and other financial documents into designated systems.
- Provide essential support for information management related to patient and prescription data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a high volume call-center enrvironment
- Proven experience in a support role, particularly involving patient and prescription information management in compliance with HIPAA.
- Demonstrated strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent multi-tasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
