  • Have reliable transportation to commute to Cumberland, RI, daily

We’re seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as a Representative, focusing on vital administrative and data management tasks. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of critical information, directly contributing to the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare operations. Your work will provide essential back-end support, allowing our front-line services to operate seamlessly and effectively, touching countless lives through your precision and commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems, ensuring all information is meticulously recorded.
  • Manage incoming mail, including opening and sorting correspondence efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain various forms of communication and documentation.
  • Input receipts and other financial documents into designated systems.
  • Provide essential support for information management related to patient and prescription data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a high volume call-center enrvironment
  • Proven experience in a support role, particularly involving patient and prescription information management in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Demonstrated strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent multi-tasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage various responsibilities simultaneously.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $15.83 to $18.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
