What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day production of theatrical and motion graphics projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and production milestones
- Mentor Project Managers and partner with artists to keep work on track
- Collaborate with creative teams, studio stakeholders, and external vendors
- Oversee localization and ensure high-quality asset delivery
- Improve workflows, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence
- Track production metrics, reporting, billing, and work orders
- Resolve production challenges in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 5 years in post-production, creative operations, graphics production, or digital media
- Experience managing creative teams and complex production workflows
- Knowledge of VFX, motion graphics, title design, and post-production pipelines
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, MediaPulse, and Google Sheets
- Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Nuke, Cinema 4D, Maya, or DaVinci Resolve
