Job Description:
Aquent is partnering with a leading global e-commerce platform to find a talented Brand Designer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the company's Employer Brand. This contract opportunity offers a unique chance to bring a vibrant brand to life through thoughtful, high-quality visual design. Partner closely with the Employer Brand team to create scalable creative assets that will directly impact recruiting efforts and storytelling across diverse audiences and channels, helping to attract and engage top talent. Your strong eye for brand identity and passion for building distinctive design systems, from icons and illustrations to merchandise and digital assets, will be instrumental in defining the company's unique voice and presence.
Responsibilities
- Design logos, icons, badges, and visual marks that support the Employer Brand.
- Create merchandise concepts such as pins, patches, stickers, apparel graphics, and other branded items.
- Expand and evolve the Employer Brand visual asset library.
- Develop illustrations, patterns, textures, and supporting graphics.
- Create assets for presentations, recruiting events, social media, career sites, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with the company's brand guidelines while helping establish a distinct Employer Brand identity.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital applications.
- Collaborate closely with Employer Brand strategy, recruitment marketing, and enterprise creative partners.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- 3 – 7 years of graphic or brand design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating logo design, iconography, illustration, merchandise or environmental graphics, and brand identity work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and layout.
- Ability to translate creative direction into polished design assets.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in Figma.
- Illustration.
- Motion graphics (After Effects).
- Apparel or merchandise design.
- Experience creating print-ready production files.
