Location: Burbank, CA
Schedule: Hybrid, Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday remote

We’re seeking a Manager, Graphics Operations to oversee the production and delivery of static and motion graphics across feature film, theatrical, trailer, and post-theatrical marketing campaigns. This role leads a team of Project Managers and artists while partnering with creative, production, engineering, and global stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of localized creative assets.

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day production of motion and static graphics across multiple film and entertainment campaigns.
- Manage a team of Project Managers and creative artists, balancing schedules, priorities, and resources.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, bids, work orders, billing, and production milestones.
- Partner with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver high-quality localized assets for international markets.
- Build efficient workflows that improve quality, turnaround time, and operational effectiveness.
- Communicate project status, risks, and priorities to internal teams and global partners.
- Monitor production metrics, reporting, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Resolve production issues and escalate when appropriate.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to support production infrastructure, storage, asset management, and facility needs.
- Drive continuous process improvements across production and creative operations.
- 5 years of experience in post-production, graphics, VFX, creative operations, or digital media.
- Experience managing creative production teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong understanding of title design, motion graphics, VFX, and post-production workflows.
- Experience supporting localization or international asset delivery is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with creative teams, executives, clients, and global partners.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors, and project resources.
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven production environment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Nuke, Cinema 4D, Maya, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with Salesforce, MediaPulse, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Post Production, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Understanding of motion graphics and VFX terminology. While a portfolio is not required, candidates should be comfortable speaking the language of creative production.
- Experience supporting title sequence versioning, localization, or international deliverables for film or entertainment content.
