• What You’ll Do**
• Independently process accounts payable transactions using a 3-way matching system.
• Coordinate accounts payable activities to ensure accurate and timely payment processing through various financial platforms.
• Act as a champion for compliance, ensuring adherence to approved company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and internal business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices efficiently.
• Utilize strong customer service and communication skills to address internal and external inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance shared services operations and overall business objectives.
• Participate in special projects designed to improve the shared services environment and support broader business goals.
• Process a high volume of invoices daily, contributing significantly to operational flow.
• Work collaboratively within a team, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
• What You’ll Bring**
• 2-4 years of accounts payable experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Proven ability to process a high volume of invoices (75-100 per day).
• Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak demand periods and monthly closing cycles.
• Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working knowledge of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
