Construction Crew Leader / Assistant Crew Leader

AquaSafe Pool Management is looking for a skilled and reliable Construction Crew Leader (or Assistant Crew Leader, depending on experience) to join our growing team. This role is hands-on, leading and working alongside a crew on pool renovations and construction projects across the MD, VA, and DC area.

AquaSafe Pool Management is looking for a skilled and reliable Construction Crew Leader (or Assistant Crew Leader, depending on experience) to join our growing team. This role is hands-on, leading and working alongside a crew on pool renovations and construction projects across the MD, VA, and DC area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and oversee masonry and construction crew members.
- Perform skilled labor, including:
- Tile, brick, and stone replacement
- Concrete demolition and resurfacing
- Rebar installation and excavation
- Major pool repairs and renovations
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide project updates.
- Submit progress reports and completed projects.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Previous masonry and/or construction experience required.
- Pool renovation experience preferred.
- Prior leadership/crew management experience strongly preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver's license (company vehicle provided for travel).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions in English.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5 PM (occasional Saturdays or extended hours as needed).
