Aquafinity is expanding across the Mid-Atlantic and is hiring a Technical Sales & Service Manager to drive revenue, support complex systems, and grow a high-value territory.
This is not a desk job. It’s part outside sales, part field technician, part trusted advisor.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and expand a regional book of business across commercial aquatic and water systems
- Generate new revenue through relationship-driven B2B sales and service contracts
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, equipment assessments, and light technical service
- Partner with property managers, engineers, and facility operators to deliver solutions
- Identify upgrade opportunities, system improvements, and long-term maintenance needs
- Coordinate installs, repairs, and service schedules with internal operations teams
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events

What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in outside sales, field service, or technical account management
- Background in one of the following industries:
- Commercial pools / aquatic systems
- Water treatment / filtration
- HVAC / mechanical systems
- Pumps, plumbing, or industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot in the field
- Comfortable balancing sales targets hands-on technical work
- Experience with CRM systems, quoting, and client management
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Experience working with municipalities, universities, or commercial facilities
- Certifications such as CPO or willingness to obtain AFO certification
