Job Objective:
In collaboration with the General Manager, the Front Desk Associate will ensure every family’s experience aligns with Aqua-Tots Swim Schools’ brand standards, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, creating a warm and engaging experience for families.
- Build trust within our community by helping parents understand the importance of swim lessons and our proven teaching methods.
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure the facility is clean, organized, and “show-ready” at all times.
- Stay knowledgeable about the school’s Emergency Action Plan (EAP), reviewing it regularly and reporting any safety concerns to leadership.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by embracing core values, maintaining strong relationships with team members, and actively participating in workplace culture.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children and families.
- A commitment to helping kids reach their full potential.
- Basic knowledge of swimming and water safety.
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to handle challenging customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Must be 18 years or older.
