• Pay raises at 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, and every 6 months after that

What You’ll Do:

As a Swim Instructor at Aqua-Tots, you’ll teach and coach swim lessons in our indoor, 90-degree pool, working with up to 4 children per 30-minute class. You’ll be part of a mission to help kids (ages 4 months to 12 years) build life-saving swim skills, confidence, and joy in the water. We provide all the training you need—including CPR and First Aid certification.

Schedule Requirements

• Minimum of 3 shifts per week:
• At least 2 weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:30–8:30 PM) AND
• 1 weekend shift – Saturday OR Sunday (8:30 AM–1:30 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and in uniform
• Uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values
• Teach lessons using our proven curriculum
• Engage with parents and answer questions about progression and curriculum
• Set up, clean, and maintain teaching and pool areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fun learning environment
• Record student progress using our Aqua Cards
• Monitor and log pool chemical levels
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including pool contamination guidelines
