Front Desk Staff – Aqua-Tots Swim School

Position Type:
- Part-time, hourly paid position
- Monday-Saturday
Areas of Responsibility:
- Answer phones and conduct phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Greet families with a smile and make them feel at home
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers, both in person and over the phone
- Register new and returning customers, and assist with scheduling
- Sell swim lessons and related merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility
- Perform all duties as outlined on task lists, checklists, and trackers
- Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings
- Carry out any other tasks to support team objectives as assigned by your lead
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
- Have experience working with phones and providing excellent customer service
- Are friendly, approachable, and enjoy interacting with families and children
- Relate well to children, parents, and team members
- Have a flexible schedule and can work weekends
- Have intermediate computer skills
- Are CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Pass a background check prior to employment
