Front Desk Staff

We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and dependable Front Desk Team Members who enjoy helping families and creating a welcoming environment. Candidates with any level of experience and the right personality are encouraged to apply. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

This is a fun, fast-paced part-time position where you will help families find the right swim lessons, manage schedules, answer phone calls and messages, process payments, and provide excellent customer service. You will play an important role in making every family’s experience at Aqua-Tots positive from the moment they walk through the door.

Aqua-Tots values creating a safe, friendly, and fun learning environment for every student and family. We also provide opportunities to grow into leadership and management positions with no prior management experience required.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming families and providing friendly, professional service
• Answering phone calls, texts, and customer questions
• Helping families select and enroll in the right swim classes
• Managing class schedules, transfers, cancellations, and make-up lessons
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate customer accounts
• Communicating policies and program information clearly
• Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and organized
• Following up with prospective and current families
• Working closely with instructors and managers to resolve customer needs

Ideal candidates are:

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with parents
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Strong communicators who enjoy helping people
• Able to stay positive and professional in a busy environment
• Team players who take initiative and follow through

Previous customer service, sales, childcare, or front desk experience is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
