Aqua Logic, Inc. is a commercial swimming pool contractor located in Waconia, MN that opened its doors in the summer of 1996. We build state-of-the-art swimming pools for companies of all sizes, including schools, fitness clubs, water parks, apartment buildings, hotels and more!
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an accounting/office assistant with the desire to be part of a team, willing to learn, grow and jump in wherever necessary. We offer a fun, casual environment with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Assist accounting department with accounts payable and receivable
-Assist Project Manager with insurance bonds, city permits and state applications
-Maintain vendor insurance certificates
-Manage Microsoft Teams/SharePoint, website and social media
-General office support
-Track and reconcile monthly credit card expenses
Skills:
- Word and Excel
-Excellent computer and time management skills
-Accounting experience preferred
-Ability to prioritize and multi-task
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Positive, high-energy attitude, self-starter
Experience:
-Minimum 2 years of general accounting/office experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
