Commercial Construction Superintendent – Lead On-Site, Deliver Excellence
Location: Charleston, SC (In-Office, Local Candidates Only)
Salary: $50k , Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM with an occasional weekend

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day execution of high-end commercial pool projects. In this role, you’ll lead crews and subcontractors on-site, ensure schedules are met, uphold quality and safety standards, and maintain strong communication with clients, General Contractors, and the Project Manager.

What You’ll Do
- Lead On-Site Teams – Provide direction, accountability, and mentorship to crew leaders and subcontractors.
- Customer Service – Act as the client-facing representative, introducing crews, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Project Execution – Oversee construction activities, ensure adherence to plans, and enforce safety compliance.
- Inspections & Quality – Conduct daily checks, resolve variances, and train crews on proper techniques.
- Coordination – Plan and schedule tasks, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment to keep projects on track.
- Communication & Reporting – Use app-based software to log progress, share updates, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Problem-Solving – Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to the Project Manager when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a superintendent or foreman in commercial construction (pool or specialty trade experience a plus).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Familiarity with project management and reporting software.
