Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management:
- Provide leadership and supervision to crews and subcontractors.
- Coordinate daily operations, job performance, and site management.
Pre-Construction Planning:
- Perform thorough reviews of construction plans for accuracy and feasibility.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and documentation.
- Set and communicate clear expectations to homeowners regarding timelines, budget, and scope.
Construction & Execution:
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Identify and resolve construction issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestone completion.
- Regularly communicate project timelines and updates to homeowners, crews, and subcontractors.
- Conduct periodic reviews to track progress and proactively address potential delays.
Budget & Financial Management:
- Monitor project budgets, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
- Document and manage budget adjustments and approvals effectively.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Conduct final walk-throughs, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth project handoffs.
- Address punch list items, warranty concerns, and any customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
