💵 Sign-On Bonus: $2,000!
We’re offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for experienced tile and masonry specialists who join our team!
Bonus payout schedule:
- $500 after 30 days of employment
- $500 after 90 days
- $1,000 after 6 months
To qualify, you must:
- Be actively employed and in good standing at each milestone
- Maintain solid attendance and performance
- Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
Note: Bonus is considered taxable income. Bonus may be forfeited if the employee resigns or is terminated for cause before full payout.

Your Mission:
- Expertly install beautiful pool tiles and coping that bring client visions to life.
- Craft exceptional decking using concrete, stone, brick, and pavers.
- Ensure every project meets high standards for beauty, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our passionate, dedicated team.
- Maintain organized, safe job sites so you can focus on exceptional work.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years masonry experience; pool experience strongly preferred.
- Skilled with tile installation, coping, and decking materials.
- Meticulous attention to detail—quality is your hallmark.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and design plans.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable working outdoors (enjoy the sunshine!).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with basic tech tools like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and a willingness to learn scheduling software.
- Organized, friendly, with a customer-focused attitude.
