Overview
APX.Insure is a specialized commercial property insurance agency operating across Florida. We work with CRE investors, property owners, and operators — and we move fast. Our pipeline combines warm referrals from active real estate transactions with targeted outbound prospecting.
We are looking for a proven producer — someone who can take a lead, structure the right coverage, and close.
What You'll Own
- Quote, bind, and manage commercial property accounts across Florida and New York
- Work warm referrals from active CRE transactions
- Prospect renewal opportunities using market data and outbound outreach
- Handle submissions, ACORD applications, carrier negotiations, and policy delivery
- Communicate directly with clients, underwriters, and referring partners
Lines of Business (Core Focus)
- Commercial Property (primary)
- General Liability / CGL
- Business Owner's Policy (BOP)
- Builders Risk
- Commercial Package Policy (CPP)
- Commercial Umbrella / Excess Liability
Experience with non-standard and surplus lines markets (Lexington/AIG, Lloyd's, Markel/Evanston) is a strong plus.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years quoting and binding commercial property accounts
- Can read a dec page and identify gaps
- Familiar with ACORD 125 / 126 / 140 / 25 forms
- Self-directed — you manage your pipeline, your calendar, your follow-through
- Strong communicator with property owners, investors, and CRE operators
- Bilingual English/Spanish a strong advantage (not required)
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license (required)
- Reliable internet and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and carrier portals
Compensation & Structure
- Commission- paid on new business and renewals
- High split
- Warm referral pipeline provided
- Flexible schedule
Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
