Finance & Operations Manager
We're hiring a hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to own our financial operations and partner directly with our VP of Strategy & Finance.
What You'll Own
- Month-end close, account reconciliations, and transaction audits (Ramp QuickBooks Online)
- Full consulting cash cycle — invoicing, billing, and client collections
- Time-tracking oversight, project coding, and data integrity
- Project performance reporting and real-time financial analysis
- Tax preparation and compliance for both a for-profit and nonprofit (501(c)3) entity
- Vendor onboarding and contract review
- Management and improvement of our operational tech stack (Ramp, QBO, Gusto, Clockify)
What We're Looking For
- 3 years in a finance or accounting role with a high bar for accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Experience managing compliance across multiple entities is a plus
- Someone who questions variances, not just records them
- A systems thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and do the work
Compensation commensurate with experience.
