Pay Rate: $35.00/hr on w2
The Junior Recruiter will support the full recruitment lifecycle across several business functions. You’ll partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and help create a world-class candidate experience — ensuring we attract individuals who are excited to transform travel.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their talent acquisition career who wants to grow and learn in a collaborative, high-performance company.
What You’ll Do
- Support full-cycle recruiting for NON IT roles
- Source potential candidates using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse experience a plus)
- Communicate status updates, timelines, and next steps to candidates
- Support onboarding and hiring documentation as needed
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize processes and improve candidate touchpoints
What You Bring
✔ 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or related roles (internships welcome)
✔ Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism
✔ Passion for talent acquisition and improving the candidate experience
✔ Interest in tech, analytics, and fast-paced corporate environments
✔ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Experience with ATS or recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Interest or experience in travel, tech, or e-commerce recruiting
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and Boolean search logic
Salary : $30 - $35
