What Youβll Do:
- Deliver engaging product demos to prospects and clients (SaaS / AI experience preferred)
- Onboard and train new customers for rapid adoption
- Act as the bridge between clients and the product/dev team
- Test and validate all updates before release to clients
- Collect and relay feedback, issues, and feature requests
- Drive usage, satisfaction, and retention across our client base
What You Must Have:
- 2β4 years in customer success, onboarding, or SaaS support
- Excellent verbal and written English (neutral accent preferred)
- Willingness to work EST hours (6:30 PM β 3:30 AM IST)
- Strong presentation, training, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
Great to Have:
- Experience in recruitment or staffing industry
- Worked with corporate recruiters or staffing agencies
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, or QA workflows
- Previous work with AI, TTS, or voice-based products
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
