You will be responsible for interpreting experimental data, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, and documenting findings to support the production lifecycle. You will also play a key role in Research Use Only (RUO) operations, supporting the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products for commercial distribution.

- Prior experience working in a clinical or fast-paced laboratory setting
- Hands-on experience with reagent formulation processes
- Proficiency using SAP for inventory or production management
