POSITION SUMMARY
The SharePoint & Business Process Analyst will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a major SharePoint migration initiative while supporting process improvement and automation efforts across the organization. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills to drive workstreams to successful completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution of SharePoint migration activities, including planning, coordination, content organization, testing, validation, and stakeholder communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for migration-related activities, ensuring alignment across business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage multiple workstreams with overlapping schedules, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and action item tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate meetings, gather business requirements, document decisions, and drive follow-through on commitments.
- Evaluate, configure, and administer SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, metadata, and content structures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop technology-enabled solutions to streamline business operations.
- Design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Collaborate with business partners to document current-state processes and implement automated future-state solutions.
- Create user documentation, training materials, and communications to support adoption of new tools and processes.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools and reporting capabilities to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure work is documented thoroughly, accurately, and in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum/MUST HAVE
- 7 years of realted experience
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating SharePoint migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online administration, content management, governance, and site architecture.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
Desired:
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience supporting enterprise collaboration, knowledge management, or document management initiatives.
- Familiarity with SharePoint governance, records management, and content lifecycle management.
- Experience with data migration tools and large-scale content migration efforts.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
- Experience facilitating business process improvement initiatives and change management activities.
