Our client is looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst / Oracle EBS Functional Analyst to support and optimize their on-premise Oracle EBS environment while playing a key role in a strategic migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation initiative and help shape the organization’s future-state systems.
In this role, you’ll serve as a functional expert across core Oracle EBS modules, partnering closely with both IT and business teams to enhance processes, support users, and drive system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle EBS (on-prem) modules, including Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory
- Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests
- Lead and support system testing, validation, and release activities
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements for process improvements and system changes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Support and contribute to the roadmap for migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Oracle EBS functional experience (minimum of 3 years required)
- Experience supporting and/or implementing Oracle EBS modules
- Strong functional expertise in Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Preferred:
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) or enterprise data initiatives
- Background supporting on-premise to cloud migrations
- Experience contributing to large-scale ERP transformation programs
