ryThe Director of Nursing (DON) provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for all nursing services within an 80-bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) serving children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based nursing care while maintaining full compliance with all federal, state, Medicaid, and accreditation requirement

- ipProvide oversight of all nursing services to ensure safe, effective, and trauma-informed care deliver

- g.Oversee psychotropic medication management, including reconciliation, documentation, and pharmacy complianc
