The Junior Instructional Designer supports the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training content for instructor?led (ILT) and eLearning environments. This role focuses on content updates, multimedia preparation, course testing, and documentation management while working under the guidance of senior and staff instructional designers.
The Junior Instructional Designer helps ensure learning solutions are accurate, consistent, accessible, and aligned with established templates, branding standards, and learning objectives.
