The Junior Instructional Designer supports the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training content for instructor?led (ILT) and eLearning environments. This role focuses on content updates, multimedia preparation, course testing, and documentation management while working under the guidance of senior and staff instructional designers.

The Junior Instructional Designer helps ensure learning solutions are accurate, consistent, accessible, and aligned with established templates, branding standards, and learning objectives.

  • onUpdate and refine PowerPoint presentations for instructor?led and virtual training session
  • s.Assist with recording, editing, and implementing narration and voiceover for eLearning and presentation?based conten
  • t.Support the development of facilitator guides, job aids, storyboards, and basic eLearning component
  • s.Ensure all materials follow branding guidelines, templates, formatting standards, and accessibility requirement

s.Instructional Design Suppo

  • rtApply foundational instructional design models and adult learning principles under the direction of senior designer
  • s.Assist in aligning content with learning objectives, course outcomes, and instructional design standard
  • s.Participate in design and content reviews, incorporating feedback from senior designers, subject matter resources, and stakeholder

s.Systems & Documentation Manageme

  • ntTest eLearning courses in staging and production environments to ensure functionality and qualit
  • y.Maintain course files, documentation, and digital assets in SharePoin
  • t.Support version control, content updates, and publishing processe
  • s.Ensure documentation remains organized, current, and aligned with governance processe
