- Lead pricing activities for project and strategic freight opportunities across all transport modes
- Develop competitive pricing strategies that maximise profitability while supporting business growth
- Prepare pricing proposals, cost models and bid responses for customers and commercial teams
- Analyse transportation costs, market trends and lane profitability to support pricing decisions
- Collaborate with sales, operations and overseas offices to deliver accurate and timely quotations
- Monitor pricing performance and recommend improvements to pricing strategies and processes
- Support carrier relationship management and transportation network optimisation
- Conduct financial analysis for strategic customer opportunities
- Lead, coach and develop the pricing team while driving continuous process improvements
- Minimum 5 years of pricing experience within the freight forwarding industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Strong understanding of international freight forwarding and transportation pricing
- Advanced analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and other database management tools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
