Regional Operations Leader-Eastern Region

1) Leadership Development & Accountability

• Coach, mentor, and develop Location Leaders while building succession plans and bench strength.
• Install and reinforce EOS disciplines, including scorecards, weekly L10 meetings, quarterly priorities (“rocks”), and accountability structure.
• Set clear expectations around performance, culture, and results.
• Conduct regular branch reviews, providing actionable feedback and ensuring follow-through.
• Model Lencioni principles to foster high-trust, cohesive and results-driven teams.

2) Administrative Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and internal controls (cash, inventory, pricing, credit, and returns).
• Oversee accurate and timely completion of reporting, audits, and required documentation.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and IT to maintain ERP discipline, inventory accuracy, billing integrity, and effective onboard-ing/offboarding.
• Standardize processes across branches to minimize variation and reduce errors.

3) Facility Standards and Upkeep

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe facilities aligned with brand standards and 5S principles.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, vendor relationships, and budgets for repairs and improvements.
• Ensure merchandising, signage, and showroom presentation enhance the overall customer experience.

4) Safety Leadership

• Champion a proactive safety culture through daily practices, training, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and HazMat regulations, including proper documentation and certifications.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; implement corrective actions; and track performance indicators.

5) Customer, Experience, and Order Accuracy

• Elevate service standards to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate customer interactions.
• Monitor key metrics such as fill rate, OTIF (on-time/in-full), order accuracy, and response times.
• Lead continuous improvement based on customer feedback) NPS. CSAT. And Voice of Customer).
• Partner with Supply Chain to optimize inventory and substitutions that protect the customer experience.

6) Sales Growth (House Accounts Focus)

• Develop and execute regional strategies to grow house accounts: coverage, pipelines, pricing discipline, and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales on account planning and branch-level execution.
• Coach teams on cross-selling, upselling, and margin management without compromising service.
• Track performance and proactively address underperforming locations.
