- Manage the day-to-day operations of the location including distribution, customer service/sales, staff scheduling and inventory management ensuring that company’s process and procedures are executed efficiently
- Provide leadership for branch employees creating a positive work environment to enhance employee morale and productivity and provide training and development opportunities
- Monitor and analyze branch’s performance metrics and key performance indicators such as sales revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and other relevant metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, foster loyalty and repeat business
- Ensure customer’s complaints/issues are resolved effectively and the branch maintains a positive reputation
- Assess local market conditions and proactively identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing market share
- Collaborate with Regional Branch Leader to develop and execute strategic plans for the branch’s growth and development
- Partner with outside sales team to develop and execute sales strategy
- Use of CRM to monitor customer activities in conjunction with inside and outside sales teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirements
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new products, industry trends, competitive landscape and market development
- Identify and address operational challenges
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for employee and customers and health and safety policies/ regulations are followed
