Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Sr Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator position that just opened in Charleroi, PA. In this role, you will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. To be considered, you will have a High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or an AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
- Basically, you’ll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance.
- You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process, including assembly, inspection, and testing of electronic and mechanical components.
- The role requires adherence to quality specifications, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
- A High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. An AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred
- Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device
- Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking
- Distinct communication and computer skills
- Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
