Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year healthcare front desk experience
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Experience with appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- Positive attitude and exceptional reliability
Nice to Have Skills
- MyChart and In-Basket experience
- Experience supporting multiple clinic locations
- Familiarity with patient financial assistance programs
- Ability to handle patient queries with professionalism and empathy
Preferred Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, specifically in a clinic or medical office environment
Other Requirements
- Must be fully vaccinated and able to operate in an onsite environment
- Willingness to support occasional coverage at the St. Paul clinic location
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining patient confidentiality
