APR Consulting is seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Task Manager to support a large-scale network infrastructure program serving military healthcare facilities worldwide. This leadership role provides overall contract oversight, team coordination, performance management, and customer engagement for a mission-critical environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven program management professional who excels at leading teams, managing deliverables, and building strong customer relationships within the federal contracting space.
Please note: This position is focused on program and contract management. It is not a hands-on network engineering role.
What You'll Do
As the Contract Manager / Task Manager, you will serve as the primary leadership point of contact and be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and program leadership
- Managing overall contract performance and staff oversight
- Tracking deliverables, project milestones, and contractual requirements
- Preparing and maintaining monthly program status reports
- Coordinating communication across management, customers, and delivery teams
- Monitoring service levels and ensuring successful contract execution
- Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Supporting operational excellence through effective planning and team leadership
Required Qualifications
Security Requirements
- Active SECRET Security Clearance
Certifications
- IAM Level III Certification or equivalent DoD 8570.01-M compliant certification
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of project management, team leadership, contract administration, or program management experience
Education
One of the following is required:
- Bachelor's Degree (any discipline) plus 3 years of management or team leadership experience; OR
- Associate's Degree (any discipline) plus 5 years of management or team leadership experience
