An electric utility client is looking for a Scoping Designer who will be responsible for data entry related to PIF scoping including measuring and documenting existing cable/conductor length, Scope Mapping Tool/mapping entry, and project data entry in MDI and/or C55.
Location: Santa Ana, CA 92705 (Hybrid Schedule - onsite Tuesday/Wednesday)
Position: Scoping Designer
Pay Rate: $34.51/hr. on W2
Duration: 6 months or longer
Schedule: M-F 8am -5pm

- Creates accurate and detailed scoping drawings, diagrams, and maps for distribution systems using PDF editing software and consulting ArcGIS mapping software.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience with PDF editing tools.
- Experience with reading and interpreting utility mapping information via ArcGIS platform or similar.
- Experience with electric utility design
