An electric utility client is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who will Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation
Location: Ventura, CA 93004
Position: Scheduling Coordinator
Pay Rate: $32.36/hr on W2
Duration: 18 months or longer
Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
(some traveling to other service centers; Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks, Valencia)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions; ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records; proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
- Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
