Overview:
A Technical Services Project Manager to support our client’s Enterprise Global Supply Chain Function for Risk Management. This position will be remote, supporting 8 to 5 PM EST working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain performance dashboards – Develop and continuously update KPI, SLA, and utilization dashboards (user adoption and tool usage) to provide real-time visibility into project health.
- Convert raw data into actionable insights – Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities, delivering recommendations that influence decision-making.
- Track and report success metrics – Define, monitor, and report on success indicators that measure the impact of initiatives and operational effectiveness.
- Create and manage central knowledge assets – Produce and keep current centralized documentation such as playbooks, templates, and best practice guides to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Develop executive-level presentations – Build data-driven slide decks with concise narratives that translate complex analysis into clear, strategic storytelling for senior leadership.
- Benchmark operational maturity – Conduct comparative analyses to assess current performance against industry standards and internal maturity models, identifying gaps and improvement pathways.
Basic Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Proven experience building and maintaining KPI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into strategic insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in crafting executive presentations.
- Experience developing playbooks, templates, or similar knowledge-management assets.
- Familiarity with operational maturity frameworks and risk-analysis methodologies.
