Position: Cable and Harness Technician
Pay Rate: $33/hr - $41.52/hr. on W2 (DOE)
Duration: 12 months or longer
Schedule: 1st Shift (9/80A)

Responsibilities:
- Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, fabricating wire harnesses, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, and components.
- Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
- Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, rulers, and tape measures for fabricating hardware.
- Reads and interprets work instructions, schematics, wire lists, and drawing.
- Provides regular communication to shop leads and Work Center management on status and technical issues.
- Ensures quality of the hardware is maintained and company procedures are followed.
Qualifications:- U.S. Citizenship required.
- 3 – 5 years of experience
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification
- J-STD-001 Certification
- Ability to multitask, prioritize
- Experience or familiarity with ISO requirements, standards, and compliance issues
