What You’ll Do:
In this dynamic role, you will blend clinical excellence with administrative support to keep operations running smoothly:
- Perform high-volume medical appointments with emphasis on blood draws with confidence and accuracy.
- Conduct EKGs and capture vital signs, including height, weight, and blood pressure.
- Collect and manage blood, urine, and DNA samples with strict attention to quality and compliance.
- Coordinate and distribute specimens to appropriate departments.
- Support daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inbound calls.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in medical assisting and/or phlebotomy.
- Strong proficiency in phlebotomy and patient interaction.
- Experience with EKGs and a solid understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and multiple database systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
