The Specialty Claims Representative manages Deposit Waiver, State Disability and Paid Family Leave insurance claims by thoroughly investigating and documenting each case and evaluating eligibility for benefits. This includes calculating accurate disability rates, setting appropriate reserves, and issuing timely payments. This position works closely with medical providers, insureds, injured employees, and state entities to ensure proper communication is maintained throughout the entire claim and deadlines are met.

Requirements:
- Associates degree or 2 years of professional office work experience
- Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Edge
