Senior AI Solutions Architect (Microsoft Ecosystem)
Location: Roswell, GA (Hybrid)
Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 base
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $155,000 – $175,000
Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and operationalize AI-driven solutions across the enterprise. This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for translating business needs into scalable data and AI capabilities.
You will work across the full lifecycle, from data integration and architecture to AI model deployment and workflow automation, leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI.
This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from concept to production, and is passionate about embedding AI into real business processes to drive measurable impact.
Responsibilities
AI Solution Design & Delivery
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Studio
- Deliver high-impact use cases such as RFP automation, knowledge assistants, and support automation
- Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions that drive efficiency and growth
Data Architecture & Integration
- Build and maintain a unified data foundation using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake
- Integrate data across enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, support platforms, product data)
- Identify and resolve data quality, accessibility, and integration challenges
Analytics & Insights
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to support executive decision-making
- Define and track KPIs to measure AI impact (e.g., time savings, revenue enablement, process efficiency)
- Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
Automation & AI Enablement
- Implement workflows and automations using Power Automate and Logic Apps
- Build internal AI tools and assistants using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Embed AI into daily workflows to drive adoption across departments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations
- Influence and align teams without direct authority to drive execution
- Act as a bridge between technical capabilities and business outcomes
Requirements
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML, analytics, or solution architecture
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end data or AI solutions in a business environment
- Experience working across multiple functions (e.g., revenue, operations, product, finance)
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including:
- Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse or Fabric)
- Azure OpenAI / AI Studio
- Power BI
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Logic Apps)
- Microsoft Purview (data governance)
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
- Familiarity with modern data architectures and cloud-based platforms
