What You'll Be Responsible For
- Artwork & Licensing Coordination
- Submit apparel, headwear, and home décor artwork to colleges, universities, and sports organizations for approval.
- Track approvals, revisions, and feedback to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Ensure artwork aligns with licensing requirements and brand standards.
- Customer & Partner Support
- Respond to questions regarding artwork approvals and licensing processes.
- Help troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across internal teams and licensing partners.
- Serve as a reliable resource for licensing-related inquiries.
- Database & Administrative Support
- Maintain licensing records, royalty information, and approval documentation.
- Ensure licensing databases remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Assist with reporting and data management projects as needed.
- Sample Management
- Coordinate the shipment and tracking of licensing samples.
- Monitor sample requests and delivery status to ensure deadlines are met.
- Help maintain organization of licensing materials and documentation.
- Team Support & Special Projects
- Assist with department initiatives and process improvements.
- Support special projects that help drive efficiency and enhance the licensing function.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that help the team continuously improve.

What to Expect
- Full-time, hourly position based in our Plymouth Meeting, PA office.
- Standard schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Collaborative office environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
- Exposure to collegiate licensing, brand management, merchandising, and product development processes.
- Occasional special projects and hands-on support activities that provide variety and learning opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED considered.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in an administrative, customer service, licensing, merchandising, or related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with computers, databases, and learning new systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel skills.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
