What You'll Do
- Assist the Chief Revenue Officer in developing and executing a multi-year growth strategy aligned with L2 Brands' long-term collegiate & strategic account objectives.
- Identify and scale new revenue streams across licensing, partnerships, brand collaborations, and new accounts.
- Evolve our L2 Strategic Account Team (LSAT) effort to drive deeper customer engagement and long-term value creation.
- Drive go-to-market alignment across sales, marketing, merchandising, and product development.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for pipeline health, account growth, and revenue performance.
- Negotiate and structure complex, high-value partnerships, and agreements.
- Leverage market data, customer insights, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent L2 Brands with key customers, partners, and at major industry events.

- Location: Hybrid from Plymouth Meeting, PA (suburb of Philly)
- Travel: Approximately 40%, including customer visits, industry events, and partnership meetings
- Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer
- Direct Reports: Director of Strategic Accounts, and additional leadership roles as the function scales
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 12 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic accounts, or commercial leadership within apparel, headwear, or licensed consumer goods.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building enterprise-level partnerships.
- Strong understanding of wholesale, retail, eCommerce, and licensing models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence.
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
