Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Centennial, CO. The Recruiter will handle day-to-day recruitment tasks, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The Recruiter will also develop strategies to attract qualified candidates, maintain applicant databases, and contribute to creating an excellent candidate experience. Building relationships with internal teams and external networks is a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Experience in creating and implementing recruitment strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring
- Experience in technical or specialized recruitment is a plus
