We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substitute Floater Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substitute Floater Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Substitute/Float to different schools within the school district
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
- Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy.
- Assist students in appropriately engaging and participating in class.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- College Degree (Associates, Bachelors, Masters) or a minimum of 48 college credits
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an educational setting.
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
- Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred)

Salary : $20 - $30
