Arizona Statewide | Home-Based Services
This is a statewide Arizona opportunity, with services primarily delivered in home and community-based settings based on client needs.
Hybrid & In-Person — Not Fully Remote
This position offers flexibility through home-based, hybrid, and in-person services.
Please note: This is not a fully remote position. In-person services are required based on client, family, and clinical needs.
BCBAs currently living anywhere in Arizona are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently living outside Arizona may also apply if they are willing to relocate to Arizona and meet all applicable certification and state licensure requirements.
Reliable transportation is required for in-person services and travel between client locations when necessary.
Compensation

As a Per Diem BCBA, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services designed around each client's unique needs and environment.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to guide individualized programming
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Create individualized behavior support plans
- Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to support continued client progress
- Conduct skills assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, and other appropriate assessments
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide caregiver and parent training using family-centered approaches
- Establish and monitor data collection systems to ensure accurate and ongoing data collection
- Support clients and team members during behavioral crisis situations using appropriate behavior-analytic principles
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and company requirements
- Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services
What Sets You Apart
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current 8-hour supervision certificate
- Arizona licensure where applicable
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience supervising RBTs/BTs using evidence-based strategies, including Behavior Skills Training (BST)
- Experience with assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, or similar assessments
- Experience developing treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Experience providing parent/caregiver training
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for required in-person services
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability and willingness to provide home-based and in-person services
- This is not a fully remote position
- Experience providing home-based or community-based ABA services
- Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians
- Comfort working with digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation
- A collaborative mindset with a strong track record of building positive family and team relationships
