Master Production Scheduler

Hybrid at Phoenix, AZ, Tuesday to Saturday (10AM - 7PM) PST, 40 hrs/week

• Planning and/or warehouse experience

Job Duties:

• Ensure a timely flow of raw materials, parts, subassemblies, assemblies, or finished goods from external and/or internal suppliers. Locates and expedites critical materials
• Review and monitor open sales order reports, forecast schedules, and stock inventory; maintain, update, and input material control data system or records and verifies reports for accuracy; adjusts material counts when discrepancies are noted
• Represent the department in shipment status meetings and follows-up to ensure commitments are met
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor final approval of products through the complete production cycle
• Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules
• Provide input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production and Engineering managers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Two years’ experience working in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, or Spares Operations
• Ability to work in a fast pace changing work environment in production and scheduling in support of both internal and external customers
