Position Summary
The Receptionist & HR Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for the organization while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for maintaining a professional, welcoming office environment and supporting key HR processes. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, discreet, and interested in growing within an HR-focused administrative role.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Receptionist & Office Administration
- Serve as the primary Receptionist contact, professionally greeting visitors, candidates, clients, and vendors, and notifying employees when guests arrive
- Answer and route incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and take accurate messages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and conference rooms
- Coordinate office operations, including scheduled visitors, interviews, meetings, incoming mail and deliveries, and general office support such as copying, scanning, and office supply maintenance
HR Administrative & Recruitment Support
- Support the new hire and onboarding process, including preparing employment packets, coordinating orientations, andmaintainingonboarding documentation
- Create,maintain, and organize HR forms, employment documentation, and personnel records in a confidential manner
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, conducting initial screening calls when needed, and managing recruitment-relatedcalendars,and hiringlogistics.
- Provide general administrative support to HR leadership as needed

Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative,frontdesk, or HR support role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interest in growing and developing a career within Human Resources
Essential Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability tolift upto 15 pounds occasionally
- Standard office environment with frequent interaction with employees and visitors
