Receptionist / Administrative Assistant – Palmer Square

A premier property management company in the heart of downtown Princeton is seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support operations at Palmer Square. This position serves as the first point of contact and plays a key role in delivering a professional, polished, and welcoming experience for residents, guests, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional front desk service by greeting residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage a multi-line phone system, including directing calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries efficiently
- Respond to emails and assist with tenant and client communications
- Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and notice preparation
- Support the property management team with daily operations, reporting, and special projects
- Oversee office organization, including maintaining supplies and ensuring a clean, orderly, and well-functioning workspace
- Perform general administrative support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative or customer-facing experience (property management a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; MRI a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Professional, reliable, and customer service-oriented

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
