Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue through coaching and developing others
- Ensure your team cares for our customers and oversee solutions as problems arise
- Work closely with purchasing and marketing teams to execute strategies
- Work closely with delivery and install teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage local marketing outreach efforts via FaceBook and Google
- Ensure the showroom and exterior of the building is clean and professional
- Monitor inventory and basic accounting reconciliation
- Develop relationships with manufacturer reps to foster training opportunities and customer support

Schedule:
- No Late Nights!
- Sales manager trainee program requires weekend availability with two days off during the week
- After completing training, store managers are off on Sundays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Wednesdays
- Training shifts are 9AM-7PM while store managers eventually work 8AM-6PM once training is completed
