***Training Pay Starts at $40K but earn $50K-70K in your 1st year! Top earners for this
position earn between 90K-100K***
Key Responsibilities:
- Take turns assisting walk-in guests with their appliance and mattress replacement needs (no cold-calling) at the guaranteed best price
- Work with manufacturer reps to foster training opportunities and customer support
- Work closely with logistics and other support teams to ensure the best customer service
- Exceed key performance indicators for monthly bonuses
- Help maintain the professionalism of our showroom and displays
- Contribute to Facebook Marketplace ads and postings

Schedule:
- Weekends required, 2 days off during the week
- Most shifts are 9AM to 7PM (some locations are open until 8PM) and 11AM to 6PM on
Sundays
