We provide comprehensive, integrated services including behavioral health, housing, outreach & prevention, substance use disorder treatment, and victim services.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Counselor / Social Worker to support both youth and adult populations as part of our multidisciplinary team.
What You’ll Do
- Complete diagnostic assessments for youth and adult clients
- Engage clients in ongoing therapeutic services and treatment planning
- Develop and implement person-centered individual treatment plans
- Provide direct clinical services including:
- Social and emotional support
- Motivational interviewing
- Family systems approaches
- Trauma-informed care
- Crisis intervention
- Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers
- Advocate for clients and monitor service delivery
- Provide crisis intervention (in-person, phone, emergency support)
- Participate in team meetings to support integrated care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and HIPAA regulations
- Meet agency productivity expectations
- Engage families and supports (with consent) to provide holistic care
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with youth, adults, and/or families with behavioral, emotional, or cognitive concerns
- Strong knowledge of:
- Mental health diagnoses (DSM-5 / ICD-10)
- Trauma-informed care
- Motivational interviewing
- Family systems
- Crisis intervention
- Commitment to client rights and ethical practice
- Master’s degree preferred with LISW or LPCC licensure
- Bachelor’s level candidates with relevant experience will be considered
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass background, driving record, and drug screening
