Dependent License: $50,000 – $65,000 annually (based on education and experience)

Independent License: $53,000 – $69,000 annually (based on education and experience)

What You’ll Do

• Complete diagnostic assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans
• Provide individual therapy and support using evidence-based approaches such as motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and family systems
• Deliver crisis intervention services (in-person and by phone during office hours)
• Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers
• Advocate for clients and support access to needed services
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards
• Participate in team meetings to support a collaborative care approach
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with youth, families, and/or groups with behavioral health needs
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and DSM-5/ICD-10
• Experience with or understanding of:
• Motivational Interviewing
• Trauma-Informed Care
• Crisis Intervention
• Family Systems approaches
• Strong commitment to client rights and ethical practice
  

Preferred

• Master’s degree with LISW or LPCC licensure

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Successful completion of background check, driving record check, and drug screening
